Following up his nostalgic atmospheric jungle single Waves and a feature on a compilation curated by Ireland’s very own Woozy, WDDS is back on his own imprint with his new single “Subway”. Originally this track started as a melodic breaks number written over lockdown, however, Jonny aka WDDS decided to create a no-nonsense jungle track for his ever evolving live set.
It begins with a subtle drone that captures the essence of a late night subway ride in the inner city and gradually morphs into a sub-heavy number with scattered breaks and a Juno-esque melody with overtones of a dreamlike atmosphere.
Subway will be available everywhere 26th August + exclusively on Bandcamp on 18th August
